TL;DR

  1. Uninstall the Qvasa app

  2. Delete qvasa_webhook (webhook)

  3. Delete qvasa_trigger (trigger)

  4. Revoke the Zendesk API token(s) used by Qvasa

  5. (Optional) Export data and request deletion

Step 1 — Remove the Qvasa app

  1. In Zendesk, go to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps → Manage.

  2. Click QvasaUninstall → confirm.

Result: The agent app panel is removed; Qvasa no longer renders in Zendesk.

Step 2 — Delete the webhook

  1. Go to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Webhooks.

  2. Open qvasa_webhook.

  3. Click Delete and confirm.

Step 3 — Delete the trigger

  1. Go to Objects and rules → Business rules → Triggers.

  2. Open qvasa_trigger.

  3. Click Delete (or Deactivate, then Delete) and confirm.

Note: You have no Automations, so there’s nothing to remove there.

Step 4 — Revoke the API token(s) used by Qvasa

  1. Go to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Zendesk API → Active Tokens.

  2. Identify the token(s) created for Qvasa ingestion.

  3. Revoke/Delete those token(s).

Tips:

  • Sort by Last used to locate the active Qvasa token quickly.

  • If you’re unsure, revoke any dedicated Qvasa token; rotate generic tokens only if you know what else uses them.

Step 5 — (Optional) Export data, close account, and request deletion

  • Export: Download any dashboards/CSVs you want to keep.

  • Close & delete: Email [email protected] with subject “Account Closure & Data Deletion.” Include:

    • Company name and Zendesk subdomain

    • Confirmation you’ve uninstalled and want all retained data deleted

    • Preferred timeline for written confirmation

Verify you’re fully disconnected

  • No Qvasa app visible in the agent UI

  • Webhooks: qvasa_webhook is deleted

  • Triggers: qvasa_trigger is deleted

  • Zendesk API → Active Tokens: Qvasa-related token(s) revoked

Troubleshooting

  • Still seeing traffic/logs?
Re-check that qvasa_webhook and qvasa_trigger are deleted and all relevant API tokens are revoked.

  • Can’t identify the token?
Use Last used to find recent activity tied to Qvasa.
