How to resend the activation email to a user as an admin
Invited a teammate to Qvasa but they never activated their account? Activation emails get buried, filtered to spam, or expire before anyone clicks them. As an account admin you can resend the activation email yourself in a couple of clicks — and if email delivery is the problem, there's a reliable fallback.
Before you start
You need admin access on your Qvasa account to manage account members.
Step 1 — Open Manage Account Members
Go to Settings and click Manage Account Members (the first card under Account Settings).
Step 2 — Find the user and click the envelope button
In the member list, users who haven't activated show a red Not Confirmed badge in the "Confirmed At" column — and only those users have a small envelope button in the Actions column. Hovering it reads "Send this user a confirmation email." Click it and Qvasa immediately sends the user a fresh activation email.
A few things to know:
Use the search box to find the member quickly by name or email.
Activated members don't show the envelope — there's nothing to resend.
There's a short cooldown between resends, so if you just sent one, wait a couple of minutes before trying again.
Once the user clicks the link in the email and finishes setup, their row flips to a green confirmed timestamp.
Still not arriving? Use the password reset fallback
If the activation email keeps going missing (aggressive spam filters and corporate link scanners are the usual culprits), have your user go through the password reset flow instead — it works even for accounts that were never activated, and completing it activates the account at the same time.
Send them this link: https://www.qvasa.com/password_resets/new
They enter their work email, click Submit, and follow the reset link they receive to set a password — after that they can log in normally.
Troubleshooting
Double-check the email address on the member row — a typo in the invite means no email will ever arrive. Fix the address and resend.
Have the user check spam/quarantine for emails from Qvasa before resending repeatedly.
SAML accounts: if your account requires login through SAML single sign-on, users won't receive password reset emails — they should sign in through your identity provider instead.
